Read good books with your best ADHD gang.

ADHD Study Club is a mash-up of your favorite casual book club and the most supportive group coaching gang ever.

We pick a book and read it together, meeting for a few weeks in a row (on Zoom) to talk and coach around the topics in the book. Then we take a few weeks off, before we launch a new series with a new book.

Send us an email any time to suggest books about ADHD, neurodiversity, and other topics you'd like to see on the reading list.

Hang out after work.

Mondays or Tuesdays after work, on Zoom. 4PM Pacific.

Each series will be open first to Adventura Clients, and then we'll invite the world if there's space left.

Registration for each series will close after the first meeting; new folks can join when we start a new book.

1 Book, 5 weeks.

We'll discuss the book's key themes, a few chapters per week.

You can volunteer for "hot seat" coaching on the week's key themes, or listen to other group members' real life situations; and then...

Plan strategies for the week to implement new tools you want to try.

It's okay if you skip, but really, you won't want to.

We'll start each meeting reviewing the main concepts, so don't worry if you haven't finished reading. #ADHD, right?

If you've ever wished you had a good way to ask someone you love to learn a little more about ADHD, inviting them to read a book with us could be the perfect answer. Bring a friend or partner to read with us, and use our meeting as a conversation starter for date night...

Plus, you can connect with the gang all week long in a private Signal group chat just for Study Club.

Go ahead, join us for the next one.
